Rufus’s HDT Knockout – CLEVELAND, OH
4-6 hours of workouts, with a mix of movements & team building. With the Knockout you choose how much you want to push yourself physically & mentally. NO WEIGHT MINIMUM FOR RUCK OR SANDBAGS. You can even throw just pillows in your ruck and/or sandbag if that’s where you are at.

About The Event
Each event will have a unique mix of both sandbag and ruck based workouts starting at 7 PM on Saturday you will jump in with the Throwdown participants. You can attend with whatever weight that works for you. The start point will be our home base, you can store as much food or water there as you see fit for this event, extra gear/layers, ruck/SB weights, foam rollers, voodoo floss, etc. Our goal is to keep you fueled and primed going into each movement, especially those competing. There will be downtime between movements/workouts to roll out, stretch, change gear, use the bathroom, etc.
Required Gear:
- ID that matches Sign Up Name
- Ruck w/ weight
- Sandbag (filled)
- Headlamp
- Reflectors
- 3L of water minimum in Ruck (bring all the jugs you’d like though)
- Electrolytes
- Spare batteries for Headlamp
- Food (you’ll be able to eat as much as you’d like to carry or stash at the start point)
- Carabineer
- Gloves
